(Starting Position)

- To begin, get in a plank position with your arms straight and your hands placed more than shoulder-width apart. Your palms should be flat on the floor.

- Elevate your body by placing your feet on top of an exercise ball. Your legs should be extended and your feet close together. This is the starting position.

(First Movement)

Keeping your body straight, inhale as you lower yourself until your chest almost touches the floor.

(Second Movement)

After a brief pause, exhale as you push yourself back up to the starting position while tightly contracting your chest muscles.

Hold the contracted position for a moment and then repeat the movements until you have finished all of your reps.
