Choco Chip Cookies by Mai Goodness | Crisp & Chewy | For Your Home Baking Business w/ Costing

A chocolate chip cookies with lots of chocolate filling that you can bake at the convenience of your home. Good for breakfast, snacks or a gift that you can give your love ones. One of my best selling baked goodies that you may want to try and turn into a business someday.
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients :
• 1/2 of a block of butter (110g) - P21.50
• 1 large egg - P7.50
• 1 cup brown sugar - P7.50
• 1 tsp vanilla extract - P2.00

1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour - P7.50
1 tbsp cornstarch - P3.00
1/2 tsp baking soda - P2.00
1/2 tsp salt - P1.00
1 cup to 1 1/2 cup of choco chips or roughly chopped chocolate bar - P36.00

Baking pan:
12x16 inch baking sheet
ice cream scoop 1 oz

*Use parchment paper on the baking sheet.
* chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hr.
*Preheat oven for 15 minutes at 200⁰C
*Bake for 12 minutes and turn around halfway through the baking
*Bake until brown on the edges
*Bang on the counter to create wrinkles immediately after taking out of the oven

Cost of ingredients: P88.00
Overhead cost (40% of ingredients cost for elec, gas, water, fare etc) - P35.20
Total cost: P123.20

Yields: 27 pcs of 1 oz cookie
Net cost per piece: P4.56 x 1.7 (tubo) = P7.75
Selling price: P10.00
