An ordinary fried fish (tilapia) made tastier by sauteing in garlic, onion, ginger and lots of tomatoes with a bit of curry powder for color and cilantro or coriander for a fusion dish that you'll love.
Best for beginners in cooking as step by step procedure is included. Enjoy with your family!

Fried Fish Level Up
1 kl tilapia or any fish, cleaned and fried
oil for sauteing and frying
1 medium sized ginger or turmeric ginger, minced or thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
6 to 7 pcs big ripe tomatoes, diced
fish sauce to taste
1 to 2 tsp of curry powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp mama sitas bbq marinade or oyster sauce
2 pcs green chilies, sliced
4 stalks of cilantro or coriander (wansoy), chopped
1 stalk of celery (optional)
1/2 cup to 1 cup water
you may add ground pepper as well
