How to BBQ a Kangaroo

Ingredients- Kangaroo, your choice of herbs and spaces (we used salt, light soy, cumin seeds, cumin powder, chili powder, scallions)
This is a Chinese barbecuing style but it could be any town down under.

I do recommend you improvise your own BBQ if you don't have one, it will give you a sense of satisfaction and ad 3 points to your self-sufficiency stats.

 
I have always wanted to go bow hunting for roos, not sure of the legality. I'm not blood thirsty or anything, in fact if it wasn't for this Asian woman's insistence on meat eating I would almost be a vegetarian.
The virus is still spreading exponentially and India hasn't even really got started yet. It will though. The USA, having less than no leadership, is getting hit hard. Europe is also suffering. This could shift the world power dynamic away from the West.
I have 2 videos yet to "translate". This afternoon we will shoot 梅干菜 for the 2nd time. I wasn't happy with the first on (shot about 4 years ago and never uploaded). Anyway, it will be a 2 part video.
