Making Ginger Beer Step by Step

Ingredients- Jarred ginger beer preserve, palm sugar, water, yeast.
You can use fresh ginger, just chop it up and add it instead of the jarred stuff that I used. Other types of sugar are also fine.

What would a better title be for this video?
I do realise that palm sugar is bad for the environment, but the way I see it is that I didn't buy it so I didn't support it's manufacture. I did use it before it went to waste though.
I will use those other blocks that I have in my next beer brew.
