Sour and Spicy Stir-Fried Potato

Ingredients: Potato, vinegar, chili, garlic, ginger, oil, spring onions, light soy sauce, salt.

Really not sure on the English name of this one so I never really called it anything. It has 2 common Chinese names 酸辣土豆丝 and 醋溜土豆丝。 Most foreigners in China who love this dish call it "that potato dish" so can call it that if you like. Though there are a million potato dished because potato is the worlds greatest vegetable. This channel alone has quite a few potato dishes.
Follow the poorly explained instructions and you can't go too far wrong.

I'm really not sure about the English version of this video, I feel it lacks pzazz. I though that I would have more time to make videos now but I'm as busy as ever.
Anyway we should have another video out on Tuesday (2 days from now) The English version will either come strait away on Tuesday or 2 days later on Thursday. This is the plan anyway....
