Turkish Savory Fried Doughnuts! If you don't have bread at home, make this!

Ingredients:
1 cup lukewarm water
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp double acting dry yeast or regular dry yeast or 20gr. fresh yeast (use according to package directions)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar (I forgot to add but it was still good:)
vegetable oil to deep fry and to drizzle the plate to shape
