Looking to rent a house in Dubai can be a real journey! And it has been a long one. We set out Looking For A 3 Bedroom In Dubai in June 2021. I am a tenant as well as a landlord. So I know what it means putting up house on rent as a landlord in Dubai. We put up our home for rent and then began looking to rent a house in Dubai.

We began our search with 3 bedroom townhouses in Damac hills 2. And then discovered places from Jumeirah Village Circle to Emaar South in Dubai South. We saw everything from Townhouses to apartments in Dubai, looking to rent a 3 bedroom. The rents in Dubai for a 3 bedroom house can range from Dhs. 65000 to 110000 in the low to medium budget range. Ofcourse if you look at penthouses and areas such as Palm Jumeirah, the rents can vastly differ.

Another thing to consider is that whether you'd like to rent the house directly from the owner or go through a real estate agent. In which case, you'll need to pay commission which could range from Dhs. 4000 to 7000 depending on the rent of the house.
