Pilates Standing Balance Workout | "Finding Your Center" 30 Day Series - 24

This Pilates Standing Balance Workout is Day 24 of the 30-Day Pilates Journey, “Finding your Center.” In this workout, we’ll perform a series of standing balance exercises, which requires the use of the core, with special emphasis on the glutes.
We’ll start with some glute activation, which will set the foundation for the rest of the single leg balance movement. With both your glutes and your core center engaged, you’ll be able to find greater stability in these exercises. Balancing movements are important to incorporate regularly in your workout routines. When it comes to balance, if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it!
For props, you’ll need a block (or stairs) and a long foam roller (or something to hold on to for balance, i.e. a chair, wall, etc.).
