If your muscles are feeling tight, then this is a great full body stretching and flexibility routine that will leave your whole body feeling better overall! Whether you are tight from other recent workouts, from sitting too much during the day, or from inefficient movement patterns, this class will help you feel lengthened and more mobile.
This video is also Day 10 in my 10-Day Pilates series “The Mountains are Calling”, a progressive series where each day’s workout is more challenging than the day before. The routines progress from a beginner level pilates workout on Day One to an intermediate/advanced routine at the end of the 10 days. The outdoor workouts help us connect with nature in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. If you aren’t completing the series though, no worries!
