I've been to Africa a few times now, but Nairobi, Kenya was a completely different experience. 🇰🇪

This wasn't a safari trip. I came to Nairobi for my birthday with no itinerary, just vibes. In Part 1 of my Nairobi series, I explore the city most people never see: feeding giraffes eye to eye at the Giraffe Centre, learning why East Africa is the cradle of humanity at the National Museum, discovering Westlands (Nairobi's modern tech hub), and understanding why this city is called the Silicon Savannah.

Nairobi surprised me. It's one of the most misunderstood cities in the world — a place where wildlife, technology, history, and culture all exist in the same space.
