40 Minute Lower Body Workout: No Equipment Needed

Y'all! This workout is fire! It worked me to my core so much that I forgot the VICTORY dance! LOL Anyways, enjoy!

Equipment: Dumbbells, small bands and a bench or chair. Entire workout can be done with just body weight too!

The workout:
Complete 4 Rounds of each exercise
45 second on, 15 second rest
30 second rest between each exercise

SQUATS
SL RDL (right)
SL RDL (left)
BULGARIAN SQUAT TO CALF RAISES (right)
BULGARIAN SQUAT TO CALF RAISES (left)
HEEL RAISES
SUMO DEADLIFTS
HEEL WALKOUTS
GLUTE BRIDGE W/ ABDUCTIONS
