1 bag of coleslaw
1 ancestor drizzle of ginger dressings
6 vegan egg roll wraps
cooking spray

Vegan Yum Yum Sauce:

1 cup vegan mayo
2 tbl ketchup
1 tbl sugar, I used coconut sugar
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
smoked paprika
garlic powder

Black Bean Burger Sliders:

1/2 onion chopped
1 can black beans, rinsed and patted dry
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup brown rice/wild rice
