Fixed the lights on the ceiling fan

This is how I fixed it.

But first, I apologize that the video does not show that. I only uploaded this in order to share with someone. I had no idea, that anyone else would find it or see it.

So ... as you will see in other videos (as I did), there is a voltage regulator (or controller) on the inside of the fan's housing. I simply removed that, and reconnected the wires appropriately, as shown in numerous other videos on the internet. Its very simple.

I had been told by an electrician that the entire fan needed to be replaced. He said, it would cost more to fix it ... than to replace it.

New fans at home depot were anywhere from about $90 (without a light), to $150 and higher, with a light.
