80後北京人Kimi，一個人住在順義800平米的房子裡，上下五層，因為厭煩千篇一律的樣板房設計，從水電、牆面，到臥室、花園，全部自己親自設計，地下兩層改成了畫室、娛樂室，甚至還有一個專門聽雨的雨屋。現在，Kimi經常一個人自娛自樂，“大家以為我每天都在玩，其實我是偷著努力工作的那種人，我不是一個退休的狀態，人生第二春才剛剛開始。”
Kimi, a post-80s from Beijing, lives in an 800-m2 villa with 5 storeys in Shunyi District alone. Getting tired of the monotonous model house style, he designed the wires, tubes, walls, bedrooms and garden all by himself. He built himself a painting room, an entertainment room and even a room specially for listening to the rain. Now Kimi often entertains himself at home. ‘People think I hang around every day. I actually work on the sly. I’m not in retirement. My second life has just begun,’ said him.
