My Favourite Breakfast Smoothie Bowls
These refreshing vegan smoothie bowls are not only very yummy, they are also very healthy. Packed with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, these bowls are a powerhouse of cancer-fighting goodness. You can add protein powder if you would like to, but I just topped it with my homemade maple quinoa granola.

In this video, I'll share two versions of these smoothie bowls:
STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL
Great for boosting energy! It is high in Vitamin C, Potassium, and other heart-healthy nutrients that boost the immune system.
Smoothie Ingredients:
-1 cup of frozen Strawberries
-1/2 frozen Banana
-1/4 cup of Almond Milk (add more liquid as needed)
Toppings:
-1/2 cup Quinoa Granola
- 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
-Fresh sliced Banana
-Fresh sliced Strawberries
-Fresh Raspberries
PINEAPPLE KALE MINT SMOOTHIE BOWL
Great for detoxifying the body! High in Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Iron, and other nutrients which prevent inflammation and are cancer-fighting. This smoothie is also great for people suffering from digestive problems; pineapple and mint both aid digestion.
Smoothie Ingredients:
-1 cup of frozen Pineapple
-1/2 cup of Fresh Kale
- A Sprig of Mint Leaves
-1/4 cup of Almond Milk (add more liquid as needed)
Toppings:
-1/2 cup Quinoa Granola
- 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
-Fresh Raspberries
-Fresh Blueberries
-Fresh sliced Banana
-Fresh sliced Strawberries
