Paneer Mushroom | ऐसे बनायें पनीर मशरूम की सब्ज़ी | Restaurant Style Recipe | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

When craving for a spicy and flavourful restaurant style sabzi, then quickly whip up the super hit Paneer Mushroom ki sabzi! Made instantly in no time, this sabzi goes very well with some steamed rice or rotis, try it out

PANEER MUSHROOM

Ingredients

150 gms cottage cheese (paneer)
200 gms mushrooms, quartered
2 tbsps oil
3 medium onions
1 medium tomato
Salt to taste
1 medium green capsicum
3 tinned pineapple slices
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsps tomato puree
½ tsp garam masala powder

Method

1. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Thickly slice onions. Roughly chop tomato.
2. Add onions to the pan and saute for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and salt, toss and cook.
3. Cut capsicum to small pieces. Cut cottage cheese into small cubes. Cut pineapple into small cubes.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder to the pan and mix. Add ginger paste and garlic paste and saute till fragrant.
5. Add capsicum, tomato and pineapple and mix well. Add tomato puree and mix and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add cottage cheese, mix and cook till the cottage cheese pieces get heated through.
7. Add garam masala powder and mix. Adjust salt. Serve hot.
