Ungluing the lungs - how to take a fuller, deeper breath
Two of my clients recently contracted the corona virus. Fortunately they are on the road to recovery but described how they found it difficult to take a deeper, fuller breath and they asked me if I could put something online to help. This is a great Feldenkrais lesson that will show you can take a much fuller and deeper breath and would be a great lesson to practice while you are still healthy. Stay safe everybody.
