WEEKLY GROCERY HAUL FAMILY OF 5 | DELICIOUS CROCKPOT RECIPE

Sharing our weekly grocery haul from Walmart + a delicious and kid friendly crockpot recipe!

Crockpot lasagna:
32 oz ricotta cheese
grated parmesan
2 eggs
seasoning (I used garlic and Italian)
48 oz pasta sauce
1 pounds cooked lasagna
mozzarella cheese
1 lb Italian sausage + 1 lb ground beef
Cook meat then add pasta sauce. Cook lasagna noodles. Mix together ricotta, eggs, parmesan, about 1.5 cups mozzarella and seasonings. Layer into crockpot ( meat first, then pasta, then cheese, continue layering until all ingredients are used. Cook on low for 7-8 hours and add a layer of mozzarella cheese on top during the last hour.
