WHAT I EAT IN A DAY WW FREESTYLE | FULL DAY OF EATING

What I eat in a day on WW Weight Watchers Freestyle. This is a full day of eating for me to lose weight!

Chicken recipe:
3 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1 cup rice
Black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup fat free cheddar
1/2 cup mild cheddar
1 can green beans, drained
2 cups chicken broth

Heat oven to 375. Combine rice, chicken, soup, green beans, seasonings, chicken broth, cheese. Cover and bake for 45 mins, or until done. Top with more cheese and bake 5 mins.
