FULL DAY OF EATING WW FREESTYLE | WHAT I EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT

Full day of eating on WW Freestyle. What I eat in a day to lose weight.

Tortila Soup:
1 pound frozen chicken
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can rotel
1 can chicken broth
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
Jar salsa
Packet of Taco seasoning
Packet ranch seasoning
Spray slow cooker and add chicken, cream cheese, drain and rinse beans and corn, dump in can of rotel and salsa. Add ranch and taco seasoning to top. Cook low for 7-8 hours.
