Banana bread recipe:
3 bananas
1/2 cup melted butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, room temp
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350, in large bowl, mash bananas then add the butter and whisk. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and whisk. Add your flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and fold in, not over mixing. Pour into greased loaf pan and top with chocolate chips and walnuts if desired, or leave plain. Bake about 1 hour.
