Easy Vegan Choc Oat Cookie recipe

Ingredients:
* 65g Plain Flour
* Dark chocolate chips
* 95g Rolled Oats
* 1 Banana
* 120g Melted Vegan Butter 
* 100g Pure Via Baker’s Secret® perfect Soft Brown Sugar alternative
* 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Method:
* Preheat the oven to 180C
* Mash the banana and add sugar and melted butter.
* Add oats, flour, oats and baking powder
* Add the dark chocolate chips
* Scoop out your cookie dough using a table spoon and place them on a baking tray
* Use a fork to shape your cookie dough
* Bake for 15 minutes until golden and ENJOY!
