Pouring rain in Colonial Williamsburg won’t stop our exploratory instincts nor the hunger pains that the noon hour so repetitively surfaces day by day.

Neither could it stunt the curiosity we’ve had every time we passed by the streetside fireplace and social gathering so easily observed when driving near downtown Colonial Williamsburg along South Henry Street.

Precarious Beer Project is a place we’ve wondered about for quite a while now on our many days spent in Colonial Williamsburg each year. Being non-drinkers, we didn’t expect we’d fit in too well inside the beer hall where all the cool cats hang.

But much to our delight, we learned this establishment houses 2 unique places to eat. That fact, along with our long dwelling inquisitiveness regarding what takes place within the interior walls of this chill-looking place in Williamsburg Virginia….we quickly determined it was time to take the plunge and get to the bottom of things.

When the midday clock signals lunch is in order, a little snooping around first might be of necessity to fulfill our uncertain interest. And when a new place to eat discovery is part of the survey, it's an ideal double whammy of good fortune.

Precarious Beer Project, which houses Ol’ Dominion Burger, and Electric Circus Taco Bar in Williamsburg Virginia is what we were examining on this fine, drenched day in Colonial Williamsburg.

We’d have a look around their sophisticated beer manufacturing plant and our colorful surroundings, before sitting down for lunch at 1 of 2 eateries inside their prestigious yet Precarious Beer Hall.

If the allegations are true, we won’t be disappointed…
