I detail why I started my real estate brokerage Forever Home Realty back in 2017 when it was only my partner Nick Devitte and I. Now, our brokerage has almost 150 agents only four years later!

Next up is my real estate investing business where we focus on house flipping. Homerun Offer was created in 2018 despite me being a flipper since 2015.

When people saw the results of our real estate businesses, they naturally wanted to learn how to do the same! I ended up creating another company called Future Flipper where I teach people how to flip houses and invest in real estate.

Next up is my social media and personal brand company, The Ryan Pineda Show. I explain why I run this business at a loss! Then I have my e-commerce company, Lunar Ecom. This entire business was created on accident believe it or not! I share the story about that business in this video.

Lastly, I have my real estate investing fund, Pineda Capital. We are currently buying a 334 unit apartment complex in Warner Robbins Georgia!
