My goal is to create simple step-by-step instructions for recycling various materials and creating useful and unique things for myself and my loved ones.
This is a pretty basic apple muffins recipe that is easy to make and quick. It’s been awhile since I have put up any recipes that make good use of fresh apples, so I figured I would share my apple muffins recipe with everyone today.
This muffin recipe is deliciously and is just as good served hot or cold.

Ingredients:
2/3 сup of sugar (150.00g)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of butter (112.50g), melted
2 cups plain flour (280.00g)
2 teaspoons baking powder (8.00g)
2 apples cut into cubes
1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
In a large bowl beat together butter, sugar and eggs until smooth.
In a medium bowl mix together the 2 cups plain flour and the baking powder.
2 apples cut into cubes.
Add apples and mix well.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 17-20 minutes or until it turns golden.
Using a toothpick inserted in the center to test for doneness.
