Ingredients

Puff pastry
Butter (melted) or egg, for greasing
Fruit
Whipped Cream
Nutella

Instructions

Fold a 30-35 cm long rectangle of aluminum foil into triangles until you have a triangle with a longest side of 9 -12 cm. Form this triangle into a cone. Make as many aluminum cones as you want. 

The puff pastry was cut into into 2-2.5 cm strips, which were wrapped around the cone as shown.

Press the tail of the pastry onto itself so that it sticks. Lay this seam face down on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven to 350°F/180°C for 18 - 25 minutes or until golden.

The best thing about cream cones is that they can be filled with all sorts of fillings…pastry cream, whipped cream, Nutella, fresh fruit, caramel and glazes, etc. Etc.
