How to cook Banana Mummies for Halloween - Simple recipes for Halloween

This dessert will be a favourite this Halloween. Easy peasy mummy banana rolls are wrapped up in slices of puff pastry to make them look like mummies. You can make them like in the video or customize in your own way.

Banana Mummies Recipe
Super easy, just 3 ingredients

Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3 bananas
- 1 egg
- chocolate or raisins, for eyes

Peel the bananas and cut them into 2 parts
Using a pasty cutter or pizza cutter,
slice into 0,5-1cm strips
Wrap the puff pastry strips around the bananas (don't be too pedantic about this!), leaving a spot for the eyes.
Put the mummies on a baking tray and
brush with egg wash if you like to give it more color
