STAY STRONG & AGILE | 30-min Hybrid Movement Workout

This is a 30-minute HYBRID MOVEMENT workout that blends STRENGTH, MOBILITY, SKILL, and CARDIO. Great for improving your movement & general fitness!

Workout type: Intervals
Focus: General fitness (strength, mobility, cardio)
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Equipment: All bodyweight

The workout begins with a mobility warm up. Then we explore three series of dynamic movements, each 3 rounds of 30s intervals. Session finishes with a slow flow to cool down.
