Jump Training: Low Bar Squats *Read Description

Sorry for my uploading much lately. Figured I would update everyone. I haven't lifted consistently since May 2016, and over the past couple of months I've hit a very big plateau mostly because of tendinitis in my left knee(it's a weird kind though because it hurts on the tibial tuberosity, google it haha). I've dunked only 3-4 times per month since December and it feels terrible. So this past month I started lifting religiously and today my knee felt good enough to finally squat semi heavy. I feel good about training and as long as I don't jump too much and focus more on lifting I should be jumping my highest ever by the summer time.
