Deload Week Jump Training And CJ Champion Dunk Session

In today’s video I have my last workout of this deload week. Deload week is a period of time at the end of a mesocycle where you cut volume and/or intensity with the purpose of recovering from the previous weeks of jump training with the goal of peaking for a jump day. It’s the end of my power cycle and I haven’t had a proper deload in about a year so I’m excited to see how I jump next session!

Also included in the video are clips from CJ’s dunk session last week and us playing a bit of pick up basketball.
