Jump Training: Full Warm Up To Jump Higher Instantly

Here's the full dynamic warm up that I use before all my dunk sessions and lift days:

High intensity warm up: 50 meters each
Dynamic flexibility: 10 reps each
Sprint development: 20 meters each

I then do 3-5 sets of isometrics.

Next I did my friday lift session which had snatch pulls and walking lunges as the main lifts with plank walkouts to finish it off. It was a lower volume and intensity day since I dunk on Saturday's.
