Navy SEAL Training Phase 3

Navy SEALS candidates who make it through the first two phases of BUD/S are not out of the woods yet since they still have to complete the third and final phase: the Land Warfare Phase

Now that they have proven they have the mental and physical fortitude to be a SEAL and proficient in the water, candidates must learn to fight on land.
During this phase, the men still face physical punishments for infractions like failing events or weapon safety violations, but the focus by now is more on teaching and training. From land navigation and patrolling to qualifying on different weapon systems, candidates must show base proficiency in all warfare areas to pass this phase.

But though the atmosphere is slightly more relaxed, candidates still face pressure, such as having to demonstrate completely disassembling and reassembling all of their weapons while being timed and asked questions about them. Those that make it through this part will graduate BUD/S and go onto their next level of training: SEAL Qualification Training.
