2.4 second PS4 BLOD (Blue Light of Death) - FIXED !

I have this PS4 for repair and it just turns on, the blue light led flashes once and then it shuts off.

From turning on until it switches off, it takes 2.4 seconds.

From most video's I have seen, the blue led keeps flashing. In this case it just flashes once.

I am wondering what could cause this problem ? Power supply or broken solder joints underneath a chip or defective chip.

Edited: Replaced power supply by a new one, but the problem remains the same.

Problem solved by doing a reflow of the CPU/GPU chip. This was much easier then doing a reflow of a PS3 because:

1) Less heat needed
2) No heatspreader (IHS)
3) No RAM chips to take care about on the GPU (no RAM solder bleeding)
