PS4 Bluetooth module reball with leaded solder
Reballed the BT module with 0,76mm leaded solder balls.
Volume of the 0,76mm ball = 0,2298 mm^3.
Diameter both solder pads are 1.0mm diameter.
When the angle between the pcb or bluetooth module and the solder ball is 90 degrees (which it never is), the distance between the PCB and BT module is 0,29mm.
