Wii U - how to remove heatspreader from MCM (GPU/CPU)

This is how you remove the heatspreader from the MCM without:

- damaging MCM (GPU/CPU) chip
- damaging components on the chip
- breaking solder connections between motherboard and MCM chip

This is the most careful way what I could find. Maybe you know a much faster way, hopefully even careful.
