One must acknowledge that the authors of 40 points had the courage to declare the truth and to point out the contemporary errors. In the Declaration they refer to the unchanging truths – dogmas – relating to the defence of the faith and the laws of God. Both are currently being questioned directly in the Vatican. The current heretical – and hence invalid – Pope Francis systematically destroys the foundations of faith and morals. Before him, this process of gradual spiritual change began with the Second Vatican Council. Subsequently, John Paul II implanted the Nostra Aetate heresy of syncretism in Assisi in 1986. Being silent on the heresies of neo-Modernism and introducing syncretism with paganism, Vatican II officially opened the door to an internal decay of orthodox doctrine and morals. The authors of the 40-point document appeal to John Paul II. It is the same as if St Basil or St Athanasius appealed to some of Arius’ orthodox statements but remained silent on his main heresy. Their fight against the Arian heresy would be impossible. The attitude of Card. Burke and Bp. Schneider is not identical with the attitude represented by Archbp. C. M. Viganò. Viganò rigorously demands true repentance, which is to begin with the inevitable resignation of Francis and the elimination of the homosexual network in the highest places in the Church. Archbp. Viganò produced concrete evidence and demands an adequate remedy. Unlike Viganò, the authors of the 40-point document only generally defined the areas where heresies are being officially proclaimed and implanted today. However, they did not clearly call them heresies and do not demand a radical solution, i.e. correction and resignation of the heretical Pope. The believers who show appreciation of Bishop Schneider’s orthodox statements are shocked by his gesture of visiting and embracing Francis as well as by his official statement that there was a very fraternal atmosphere during the audience. Pope Paul IV (16th cent.), by contrast, said uncompromisingly in defence of the saving faith that even if his own father was a heretic, he would gather the wood to burn him. Bishop Schneider said elsewhere that he disagreed with Francis’ activities but nevertheless considered him his father. So he has not separated from him. This attitude of his blocks the necessary resignation of the heretic from the papal office. By his public crimes against faith and morals, Francis has provoked thirst for orthodoxy in many Catholics. Burke and Schneider, however, hinder the process of restoration because although they have identified contemporary errors, they have not made a demand for adequate remedies. A physician who would make a true diagnosis but would prevent the surgery necessary to save life is guilty of a crime! Heresy must be clearly called heresy and the Second Vatican Council must be called heretical! The conciliar Popes along with John Paul II must be truthfully called by their proper name, i.e. heretics, because they are to blame for the greatest spread of heresies in the Church.
