An Ghaeltacht - areas of Ireland that speak Irish as the first language #Gaeltacht

Every Irish person knows what a Gaeltacht is, but some non Irish are surprised that we have our native language in Ireland that is totally different to English.
In this video I explain a little bit about Gaeltachtaí - areas of Ireland that speak the Irish language as the primary day to day language.
I would love to hear if you have tried out your Irish language skills in a Gaeltacht.
Although you don't need to go to a Gaeltacht to speak Irish - the vast majority of Irish people have a few words from school and Dublin has the highest absolute number of daily Irish speakers!
