In the demo, we’ve been managing our client's Google ads for some time. If you review their Google ads change history, you will notice some abnormal activity. After making changes to Ad programs, Google automatically changes the programs back the next day.

This is Recommendations Auto-Apply. How do you stop this nonsense?

To turn off Auto Ad Suggestions, you’re going to do the following:

From your On the left navigation
-Click Settings (at Account Level, not Campaign Level)
-Go to Account settings
-Select Add suggestions drop-down
- Next choose Ad suggestions
- Click 'Don’t automatically Apply Ad suggestions'
- Click Save

Be sure to double-check that the new settings have saves. Google should not change your Ad settings from now on!
