MY RECENT SEWING PATTERNS AND FABRIC HAUL - JUNE 2020 - MCCALLS/BUTTERICK/VOGUE

I am sharing my recent sewing patterns and fabric haul June 2020 purchased during Joann Fabrics last $1.99 pattern sale. The patterns are Big 4 to include McCalls, Butterick, and Vogue. The Spring/Summer Butterick patterns are really great this season. I am looking forward to sewing more Butterick patterns in the upcoming months. I need a shirt dress for my 2020 Sewing goals and I picked up a great Mccalls pattern to try along with beautiful striped linen fabric. I hope to get that made up this month. The Vogue patterns are fun and the necklines a bit daring for me. I will be modifying where I can and will share with you any modifications I make.
I am busy sewing new pieces to include in my wardrobe as well as fun pieces for an upcoming vacation.

I sewed in high school more than 40 years ago. I came back to sewing in 2017 and with the recent weight loss I am really focusing more on making staple pieces that fit well. I consider myself a beginner because I am still learning techniques long the way.

I started intermittent fasting October 2018. Since then I have lost over 25 pounds and 3 dress sizes which has motivated me even more to get busy sewing. I will be sharing my intermittent fasting journey on this channel as well. I hope you find the information interesting and helpful.
