Making a 1950s Slip Dress from a Vintage Sewing Pattern - With Insertion Lace | Simplicity 4126

Using a vintage sewing pattern from the 1950s I made a classic white slip to wear under my vintage clothes. I added a band of insertion lace to make it just a little bit fancier and to practice some new sewing skills.

As usual with vintage sewing patterns there were a few hiccups a long the way!
