Ranga Aloor (Sweet Potato) Pantua Ingredients :-

Water-1cup
Grated Jaggery-1cup (Nolen gurer Patali)
Rose Water-1tsp
Cook for 5-7 minutes
Set aside
Ranga Aloo (Sweet Potato)-3pcs
Boiled & mashed
Flour-3tsp
Milk Powder-3tsp
Ghee-1tsp
Cardamom Powder-1/2tsp
Baking Powder-1/4tsp
Mix Well
Make a dough
Take small portion & give shape
Oil for Fry
Fry on medium flame until golden brown
Soak them in Jaggery Syrup
Serve after 30 minutes
