Chhatu Paratha Ingredients:-

For Filling-
Chhatu-1cup (roasted)
Chopped Onion-1pc
Chopped Green Chilli
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Ajwan-1/2tsp
Mustard Oil-1tsp
Add Little Water

For Dough-
Atta-1cup
Maida-1cup
Salt to taste
Oil-2tsp
Water as needed
Make a dough

Take small portion
Add the chhatu stuffing
Seal the edges
Roll gently into a paratha
Cook on tawa with ghee /oil
Cook until golden brown on both sides
Serve hot with tomato chutney
