In today’s video we discuss what self abandonment is. Self abandonment is doing anything that separates you from yourself, it’s the things we do in our daily lives that leave unsupported from the most important person in our lives...ourselves. Self abandonment occurs when reject or suppress your wants needs and desires. Often times we do this to appease the people in our lives in return for their love and support. This way of living is often developed in childhood as a way to gain love from our parent.
