In today’s video we discuss fear of abandonment and I tell you what it means to me, how it shows up in my life and what I am doing about it. Fear of abandonment controlled so much of my life for so long. It was one of the reasons I allowed unhealthy people to take up space in my life. I feared being alone. The idea or thought of not having some of my previous relationships (friends, family etc) was responsible for much of my anxiety. I was preoccupied with the idea of them leaving and what it would feel like to lose that person in my life. The pain was unbearable to chose to allow these people to show up in my life in the smallest scale possible....until I decided no more!
What would happen if I faced my biggest fear...what would happen if I let myself be “alone” find out in this video!
