Spring onions & leaks pie! A taste of old days…

Hello everyone,

This dish is very popular in Europe. So delicious, easy, few ingredients. I will say that it is worth to try!!

Ingredients:

For the filling:

-1 lb of green anions
-2-head of the leaks
-half of cup cream cheese (can be substituted with curd, or feta cheese)
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 teaspoons of olive oil

After washing and cutting, cook in low medium heat with the salt added, mix time to time so they don’t stick. When they are full cooked add the cream cheese and let it cool down before using in the dough.

For the dough:

-1 teaspon of salt
-1 teaspoon of olive oil
-1 egg(not necessary)
-1½ cups warm water
-31/2 cups off flour
