How to Make a Bee Themed Cream Puff Tower | Croquembouche | THE BEST Cream Puffs I've Ever Eaten!

I've always been interested in French pastry. Once I learned this AMAZING cream puff recipe, I knew it needed to be made into a delicious tower. The crunch of the caramelized sugar gently wrapped around each individualized cream puff au craquelin is such a yummy dessert (and surprisingly light as well!). In this video I also teach you how to attach those rice paper sails and fondant bees we made yesterday.
