It's our last fishing spot for the trip out to Pulley Ridge on the Yankee Capts! A bittersweet moment for all of the anglers whose muscles are sore from reeling in so many fish from the deep. To finish the fishing trip with a bang...all at once six anglers were bent over the side of the boat hooked up to what we think was a large school of amberjacks and almacos! Some of these jacks were caught on slow pitch set ups, others were caught on dead bait such as goggle eyes, squid and ballyhoo. At the same time Emily was vertical jigging on the bow hoping to catch a tuna. The fish that Emily caught fought so hard we thought for sure it was a large amberjack until we saw that gold stripe shine from underneath the waters surface...
