Florida River Fishing Adventure - FIRST FRESHWATER CATFISH!

Freshwater catfish!? Mudfish! and oh so many GATORS!! We had such a great time freshwater fishing in Orlando! During our time in Central Florida we wanted to make an effort to explore the local fishery! We traded saltwater for fresh and catfish for catfish...We have had our fair share of catching saltwater catfish but neither of us had ever caught a freshwater catfish. Unlike our poisonous saltwater catfish, the lake dwelling catfish have great fillets and are not poisonous. We can't wait to cook when we get back home.
