🔥 Ingredients
• 24 oz chicken apple sausage (sliced)
• ½ sweet onion (sliced)
• 1 chile pepper (sliced)
• 12 oz Brussels sprouts (halved)
• 16 oz carrot coins
• 13 oz butternut squash chunks
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Balsamic glaze (for topping)



👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Add sausage, onion, chile pepper, Brussels sprouts, carrots, and butternut squash to a large sheet pan.
2️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil.
3️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
4️⃣ Bake at 425°F for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
5️⃣ Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
